With in Minutes he drove to my dealership listened intentively, and assured this was a task he was able to Handle. He provided a time line, and made follow up calls to reassure the work was in schedule. The job was completed in time, with the results I wanted. This is superior customer service.

Rishi Bakshi was excellent. He offered to get me in immediately. He offered me a free rental, even though I'm a roadstar anyways. I heard about you from a friend of mine who had some work done there and mentioned your lifetime guarantee. I looked you up on the internet and just called and drove in. Next day I had my car back. The best thing was that my car was a total mess as I have kids with food and wrappers and whatever else. They did an excellent job of detailing my car. That was really appreciated. Note: you should know that Enterprise car rental is charging (based on a policy taped to their desk) that unless you pay them $10, when you rent one of their cars they will charge you $25 a day for loss of use of their rental cars even if someone hits you in their rental. So if someone hit me in their rental car they would charge me $25 a ... day until their rental was fixed. Last time I checked I wouldnt be in charge of filing an accident claim on their behalf for a vehicle that wasnt mine and they could take their time reporting it, choosing a repair shop etc. Personally that just really pisses me off as its a scare tactic and a total cash grab. Before I take this to Steele on your side or Enterprise head office I thought you should know. And I didnt pony up the 10 bucks either. I have only good thing to say about Boyd. I brought my car in, they looked over the damages and found quite a few more than what was first found, and did what was necessary to get them fixed. They phoned me twice a week and updated me on anything new and how far along they were with repairs, I really appreciated it. I am more than pleased with the workmanship and the final repairs done to my car! Thanks a bunch!

Please excuse my delay in sending you this letter. Last fall I was unfortunate to be involved in a rear-end collision which I might add was only the second time I have been involved in a car accident since I started driving in 1969. I currently have Auto Insurance with both ICBC and Family Insurance but I hardly knew how to start the process of getting my car repaired. I was both shocked and confused when I did not have to take my car to the ICBC Claim Centre and the agent from Family Insurance gave me the option of where I would take my car to be repaired. I chose Boyd simply because it was so close to my home. I did not have any previous knowledge of your company but I will admit that when I pulled up in front of your shop in South Vancouver, I was convinced that my brand new car would never be the same as the result of this accident. ... When I walked in the door at 7:30 am, I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who spent approximately 2 minutes collecting my paperwork, collected my keys, asked me to help myself to a fresh cup of coffee and said that the car rental company would be here shortly to take me to my loaner car. I doubt that I had even finished half the coffee when the agent from the car rental company arrived and off we went to his office which was only a few blocks away. I believe I was on my way to work in less than 30 minutes and arrived in Surrey being only a few minutes late for work. Nothing was complicated that day. I enjoyed driving a lovely vehicle that was comparable if not superior to my own car and I hardly noticed the difference for approximately one week while your company repaired my car. When I received a call from your office to advise me that my car was ready I had some trouble finding the location of the car rental company so I called your office. Again, I was met with the utmost of courtesy over the phone and your staff told me to just come back to the Boyd Repair Centre and they would have the car rental agent come and pick up the loaner from your office. It took me less than 5 minutes to come into your office, sign one document, retrieve my keys and I was off and away without even a blink of my eye! It is approximately 6 months later and I have not heard a squeak, a groan or seen even a speck of damage to remind me that my car was in an accident that cost several thousand dollars to repair the back cargo door, rear bumper and some other significant repairs. Best of all, I never had to pay even one penny towards this repair as the accident was deemed to be the fault of the other driver. I want you to know how much I appreciate how your company made this unpleasant experience seem like it never happened at all!. I extend my sincerest gratitude to all of the people who had something to do with this minor miracle. I will most certainly recommend your company to anyone I ever meet who is looking for auto body repairs. read more

I was very impressed from the first time I spoke to Rishi over the phone to when we met in person and he addressed my needs. I was arranging an appointment on behalf of my wife and was pleased to know that he could prepare the paperwork on a Saturday and we can drop off the vehicle again over the weekend. when the work was performed, it was finished in 2.5 days which was prompt and when my wife picked up the vehicle, she was in and out in no time and it looked sparkling, like new! Although I wanted to attend, I was so pleased with the result that I called the following day to commend him and his staff. I would recommend to any of my friends, unfortuntely no family here. I took my Volvo XC90 to the Boyd Autobody and Glass in my neighbourhood after something hit my sunroof and smashed it while driving on the highway. I received a quick estimate and was most impressed when the salesperson offered to seal the broken sunroof, even though I had not committed to giving my business to his shop. That was one of the reasons I returned and did leave my vehicle for repair - customer service was obviously top of mind. Unfortunately, once the repair was underway the job turned out to be significantly more difficult that had originally been estimated. In the end, my car had been in the shop for 10 days, not one, and the final cost was $250 more than estimated. However, thoughout the process I was kept informed and there were many apologies as to the situation. I do appreciate the professionalism and quality work that I ... received. We were so pleased with the customer service offered at Boyd, due to a breakage of the replacement part, our repair was delayed by a day which was not a hardship on our part as the car was still driveable. The manager not only got the part for the next day but waived part of the cost. We will definitely take our business back to Boyd as well as recommend it to our friends and collegues. Many thanks
