I recently just had my 2009 F150 fixed by Boyd Auto Body in Abbotsford, BC. I accidentally backed into a pole and caused some serious damage. It was not worth going through insurance so we paid it out. Russ helped me every step of the way, and gave me a great deal at the end of the day. Russ was the first guy I went to see to get a quote from, and I was planning on getting mulitple quotes but after dealing with Russ, I felt comfortable that he was giving me a competitive price and the great service I received from the first hello made up my mind. Boyd Auto Body it was and I will be recommending everyone I know in the future. Thanks for all your hard work Russ and if I ever back into a pole again, I will be back! Mike

Excellent service once again! Very friendly and helpful staff. Courtesy car ready and very clean for use during repair work. Staff even made minor repairs to previous work done years ago! Would definitely recommend Boyd Abbotsford to anyone. Robert

They, also, are very friendly, helpful and professional. It is enjoyable dealing with them. This is one of my first experiences dealling with an Autobody shop and it has been quite an experience. I would like to say that, not only was my windshield repaired in a timely manner, but all of the staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating. They provided the best windshield for me. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle that it had been thorougly cleaned on the inside as well as the outside. It was like a new car. My thanks to the courteous staff and especially to Glenn Hartle and Iain Wharton. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.

They pay attention to quality and customer satisfaction. After receiving not one, but two faulty windshields from the Mazda manufacturer, they refused to replace my windshield until they received an acceptable one. They did this free of charge, I was mildly inconvenienced but very appreciative of their service. Rarely do I encounter such professionalism. I will definitely go back for any future repairs.

Fantastic service, the staff were more than helpful, polite and very courteous. I have taken two vehicles to this particular Boyd and have never had to return either one, the workmanship was wonderful. I certainly hope i have no further incidents with my cars but if it does happen I certainly know where to get the best job done.

I have the impression that this business is well managed and organized. The process for the submission of the claim is efficient and transparent, and the scheduling of an appointment for the repair was done according to my needs. Boyd submits the insurance claim directly to the insurance company on behalf of the insured. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable.

Had my F350 in for repair after it was hit in a parking lot. This was my first encounter with Boyd and without a doubt the best service I have ever received, bar none. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. The repair was done perfectly, professionally and in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up the truck that it was returned to me in pristine condition - washed outside and thoroughly cleaned inside.
