Boyd was recommended to me by my Dealership. I was not very pleased that the dealer would not fix my car after being rear ended, but the dealer contacted Boyd on my behalf to give notice that I would need a courtesy car. The next day I received a call from Robin at Boyd, much to my surprise...as I was avoiding calling due to my disappointment that the dealer would not fix my car. Robin was very helpful, and we set up an appointment for the next business day. On the appointment day, I was greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. I was also pleasantly surprised that Robin was proactive in ordering the parts in advance due to the photographs I sent from the accident. This meant I would not be without my car for more than a couple days, as Robin still need to check if there was any hidden damage. I was expecting the car to be ready in ... two days and once again much to my surprise Boyd called later that day to say, its possible the car will be ready the next day. The next day I received the call that my car was completed....I was very very happy. However I would not be able to collect the car until the following day. This was not a problem for Boyd at all. I would definitely return to Boyd if I had any other issues and I could highly recommend this location. Great staff! read more

I went to Boyd Autobody and Glass with hopes that they could help me polish a scratch on my car. I am not very well informed about cars and had never gotten into a minor accident like this before. The staff at Boyd were very helpful and knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes of me dropping of my vehicle they had polished the scratch and fixed it to the best of their ability without involving a paint job. In addition to their fast and helpful service, they also did it for me free of charge! I would recommend Greg Bodnarchuk and this loacation of Boyd Autobody and Glass to friends and family in the future! Thanks very much for your help!

They did a great job and I love how clean your car is when they are done with it. The inside was cleaned and the outside was polished really nice. All I had done was a scratch on the bumper and they still went all out on the cleaning of the car. Will definitely be bring my car back to Boyd if I ever need another body repair.

The service received at Boyd was excellent. From the receptionist who took our initial inquiries and set us up with a time to bring in our vehicle to the pickup of the repaired vehicle, Boyd provided excellent service. The bumper, which needed replacing, was repaired quickly and well. Additionally, Rob, the individual who greeted us upon picking up the car, helped us take out an additional dent with a suction device. He did so with no extra cost and was friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Boyd in the future. I also would like to thank Rob for going above and beyond to serve us. Thank you

I did not have a repair done at the store. I needed some clips for the windshield reveal on a 1968 Oldsmobile 442 that I restoring. The windshield was installed at the auto body shop that painted the car for me a few years ago. When I tried to install the trim pieces I found that the wrong clips were installed and they would not hold it in place. When I asked the staff member if he could possibly help me with my problem, he called his supplier and was able to get me the clips that would work. I feel that he went well beyond any expectation I may have had and I am eternally grateful for what he did. I will certainly recomend this shop to anyone that might deed their type of service.

Went into Boyd because the truck cap that i have on my F-150 has to be unbolted and moved back to allow me to change the rear signal lights. The company that put the cap on the truck no longer sells truck caps and refused to to drill large enough access holes in the cap frame to allow me to unscrew the the cover plate for the signal lights. Anier Kamfoly (Operations Manager) looked at what was required and scheduled me to to come in over lunch time and had a service tech fix the holes for me. Not only did he redrill the holes, but also changed the light bulb. When he was finished, i asked him how much and he refused to charge me, even after i asked if he was sure. Not only did Boyd do the work in a very short period of time, but the service was fantastic. I've always liked Boyd, but this raises the bar on quality and service. My experience at Boyd Autobody was superb! I use a walker, so I have a van which makes it much easier for me to load my walker. I have used Boyd more than once and every time they have gone out of their way to make sure I have a van as a courtesy vehicle, which makes a very big difference to me. They are absolutely wonderful people that work there and I highly recommend them.”
