Boyd really put great customer service into collision repair. Warren and Katelyn were friendly and efficient. They made me feel like a valued customer right from the time I walked into Boyd until the repairs were completed. The courtesy car was appreciated, but before the repairs were done I needed a van. They went beyond by renting me a brand new van, all complimentary of Boyd, to meet my needs. The repair job was awesome and my vehicle was cleaner both inside and out than when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend them.

My car was repaired (bumper/fender etc. replaced.) speedily, looks great and was ready when promised. Having given B old A & B more business than I care to remember over the past many years, I am always impressed by the courtesy and good humour of the reception, management and other staff. somehow you manage to make a driver who has scraped the garage door, or missed a curb, or done some else incredibly foolish -- feel better than they did when first coming in to your office! Thank you for all that and for your good work!

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, it was my first accident and they were very helpful. They had a courtesy car ready for me, and kept me updated on the repairs. They replaced the rear bumper and matched it perfectly to my cars colour. It was finished earlier than they expected (they phoned me in the morning to let me know I could pick it up in the afternoon) and when I picked it up, it was as clean as it was the day I bought it, inside and out (and it was definitely not clean when I dropped it off)! As a single mom, it was super easy and convenient for me to coordinate drop off and pick-up and having a clean car again was such a wonderful surprise.
