Really professional and friendly staff. The set me up with a loaner car for the couple weeks they had my car so as to ensure I didn't incur any fees from having a ICBC rental. Service was very prompt and they kept me up to date on the repairs and took the time to show me what needed to done. All in all it was an excellent experience and I'd certainly recommend Boyd in general and specifically the Sooke Rd location if anyone needs auto body work done.

My SUV was broken into on Sunday night. I found out on my way to work. Boyd saved the day by getting me a rental, bringing it to my work, dropping it off and picking up my car. They returned my SUV the next day, to my work, looking PERFECT! They went above and beyond, cleaned my headlights free of charge, had her sparkling clean. Picked up The rental and returned it for me. I'm beyond impressed with the service I received and will use them whenever needed in the future. Thank you again for everything you did!!

My car had a nice dent and huge scrape running from the back door onto the back bumper. The crew at Boyd took care of me nicely. They loaned me a replacement car because my insurance didn't cover that. They are very organised, helpful and friendly. The actual work was top class; you wouldn't know the car was damaged! I would gladly recommend BOYD anytime!

Boyd went out of their way to get my window replaced in a matter of hours, rather than several days which everyone else I called quoted. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, and coming back to a well cleaned car was a great surprise.

We were extreamly pleased with the service we recived from all of the good folks at Boyd Autobody. Catherine provided a personal caring touch and although the repairs took longer than anticipated, she kept us up-to date on reasons for the delay and the revised completion date. When I picked up the vehicle it had obviously been cleaned inside and out and looked like a brand new vehicle. I cannot tell you how happy I was to see that care and detail that the guys at Boyd Aoutobody had extended to us. I would most certainly recommend the folks at Boyd Autobody in North Battleford to our friends and neighbours !

Repairs were were done one day before the expected completion date. Vehicle was washed and cleaned and Brandon explained the extent of work done. Susan was also helpful together with Darcy who took the pictures when I initially booked an appointment for the repairs. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service and would strongly recommend the shop to friends within the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows community.
