All the people at Boyd were absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had a bit of a panic as they needed to keep my car for three days and I didn't have any way to get around and my job relies heavily on having transportation. They were fabulous and found an extra loaner car for me to use which was a life saver and I was very appreciative. All my appointments were quick and they explained everything to me so that I knew what was happening. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company!

Just wanted to give some feedback on my visit to redeem a "groupon voucher" for headlight restoration and exterior wash on my F-150.From the moment I walked in I was subjected to prompt, courteous and professional service. The staff and service was great- would recommend this branch for any work that you need to have done.Thanks guys for the almost new headlights from the restoration. I will be back for any service I need to do on my truck.

Boyd was quick and accurate in their assessment of my broken windshield, prompt and accommodating at handling the repairs. They also were kind enough to wash and vacuum my rather scruffy-looking vehicle before returning it me - exactly when promised. On top of that, they were courteous, pleasant helpful throughout. I could not recommend them more highly.

I recently damaged the front bumper of my 2014 Honda Civic (so upsetting and totally my fault). I have had excellent customer service at Boyd in the past (first accident was not my fault) so I took my car to the Boyd shop in Langford for an estimate and then back for the repair. The office was very busy each time but the staff, in particular Kris K. (who did my Estimate) and Jodi S.(my paperwork), were courteous, professional and efficient. On the day of my appointment for the repair, I was delayed by an early morning Doctor appointment that unexpectedly lasted way past the time of my Boyd appointment. When I called to explain and ask if they would like to change the appointment to another day, I was told to not worry, just keep them posted and they would take care of me when I could get there. And they took very good care of me when I ... arrived - paperwork was ready for me, loaner car ready to go and - thank you very much - it was full of fuel! And then...my car was ready a day earlier than promised! Thank you to every member of the team who made that possible! Both of my experiences with Boyd have been excellent. I really appreciate the friendly, efficient and professional service as well as the excellent quality of the repairs. I will absolutely recommend Boyd to anyone in need of auto body work. read more

What a great experience! When I walked into the Richmond location I was greeted with promptly and warmly. The staff member serving me immediately processed my paperwork to get my appointment started. The customer lounge area had WIFI, good coffee and comfortable chairs, unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy them very long because to my surprise my 45 min job was done in 25 mins. The same staff member walked me around my vehicle to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction (it was) and I was on my way. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Once again, Boyd comes to the rescue. I was on my way to Portland and a half hour out of Vancouver when a rock came off a landscape truck and shattered my passenger window. I turned around and brought immediately to Boyd to be fixed. Though I thought I would have to rent a car but Boyd Autobody and Glass said they could have repaired in about 5 hours. I took the offer. Car was ready ahead of schedule and I was on my way to Portland! A bit late but made the end of the festivities and still had a my long weekend to enjoy. A big thank you!!!! This a what a called customer focused service!

MB - 120 King Edward St E, Winnipeg - 11/22/16

Sometime ago I was enroute from Kenora to the Winnipeg airport in the middle of winter to catch a flight to Toronto. While traveling on the Trans Canada Highway I was pasted by a semi going in the same direction. Something flew off of the Semi and struck my drivers side window smashing it into a 1000 pieces. I didn't have much spare time to make my flight so I called Boyd's on St Edward and told them my dilemma. They asked if I could make it to the shop and I said I could but, not before it closes. They said never mind we will wait. On arriving at the shop they whisked me away to the airport ...yes I made my flight. A day or two later they called me in Toronto to tell me my vehicle was repaired. I was able to pay for the damages over the phone. When I returned to Winnipeg my vehicle was sitting in the airport parking lot waiting for me. ... Now that is service! I mentioned that this happened sometime ago and I always felt remiss in not writing this letter. Most recently I was getting some repairs done to my vehicle at the Boyd,s Regent location. The people they were so polite and accommodating that I just had to send this note to show my appreciation . read more

I have an an old 1991 F150 truck that is in great shape but needed some work. Jon took a look at it and gave me some great advice as to how to go about fixing it properly. I ended up using Boyd's and I can vouch for their excellent service and communications I would use them again without hesitation. They did a great job on my vehicle.
