I came to Boyd for an estimate on a small scratch in a car door. To my surprise, Glen C. (Production Manager) offered to buff it out for free right then and there. After a short wait, the car was returned with not only the scratch in question buffed out, but several other scratches on that door were also buffed out. Mr. C. had gone the extra mile and beyond for us.The receptionist was also very pleasant and friendly. Our experience at Boyd in Saskatoon will draw us back for any future repairs.

I brought our 2014 Subaru Forrester in for repairs on the rear bumper a few months ago. I thought the service at Boyd exceeded expectations. From the initial intake, to picking up the vehicle when it was finished, Kris and Grant were really great (I didn't meet anyone else). What struck me the most - right from the beginning, was the really super Customer Service. It was really professional all around. Thank you Boyd Autobody. You are on my list for any future needs!

Had older car with some crumpling and dents as well as paint scrapes on front fender. A standard repair would have cost twice as much as car was worth. They used their skills to bring this body work back to almost new condition for a very reasonable cost. The work was a perfect outcome for the job requested. My wife was in Saskatoon and found her van window broken on a Thursday morning. Our van is a 2009 Routan and we are from out-of-province, so she only had the rest of Thursday and Friday to get the window replaced before driving home, and had to do it while looking after our two screaming children the whole time too. I spoke with a Chris who, within seconds, found a replacement and quoted us a very reasonable price. He was incredibly friendly, helped my wife get a rental, and had the car done early on Friday. When it came time to pay it even came in cheaper than quoted! Fantastic experience - a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much!

Kris and his team are consummate professionals. I cannot praise them enough for their strong, efficient work and excellent attitude. As a background, the work that was done on my car was a window fix. It had been smashed in during a break-in. It was a Friday that I brought it in and I was due to leave Saskatchewan within the next week. There was a very clear deadline on when it had to be fixed. Kris and his team pulled out all the stops to get it done. They put in an order that day for the glass and it was delivered on the Monday. Immediately, they went to work, cleaned out all the broken glass, cleaned the dash and installed it all in perfect condition right before I left. I don't believe I've ever had the level of service in any capacity that this team put in. And during this time, they also arranged to have a car for me while mine was ... put out of commission. I was also slightly late on the day I had to pick it up and they communicated to me that it was no problem; that they would be waiting for me. Again, I cannot thank Kris and his team for the great work and professional attitude they had through the entire process. I commend them on their excellent work. If there is a branch that Boyd should be exceptionally proud of and use as a prime example of good work, it's this one in Saskatoon. read more

I found Mr. K. the general manager very helpful and accommodating. He gave me the proper advise in how to proceed with my claim through insurance . The work completed was excellent and the professional & personal manner in which I was treated was above approach. Any future autobody or glass work I have will be taken to Boyd Autobody in Saskatoon for completion.

I have been here several times, for different reasons and have always had exceptional service. This time, in particular, I had a drivers window that was broken (all the way down, wouldn't go up) and the temperatures are very cold.I have three kids to get to daycare and school as well as needing to get to and from work and this was very inconvenient, to say the least. They were able to get me in that very day, find a used part for a better price and had it fixed up even earlier than I had hoped for. I couldn't have asked for better service. I definitely recommend Boyd autobody to all of my friends and family. Thank you!
