During the initial feedback call, I had expressed dissatisfaction, resulting in a lower rating. However, after experiencing the proactive efforts and service provided by your team, I am more than willing to amend my feedback. I had challenges with the installation, but I must commend their commitment to providing a satisfactory solution. I am sending in this feedback before my car is even repaired because my experience has been beyond expectation from the start. They called me within hours of my claim and had me booked in for an assessment that same day. I showed up for my appointment to get the car fixed and they had a loaner car gassed up and ready for me to go. I was in and out and on my way to work in less than 10 minutes. Unbelievable.
