Incredibly grateful to the team at the Lakewood location. We were on a tight timeline to repair paint damage, and they went above and beyond to get the job done quickly. It was less than 48 hours from the time we called to when we picked up our vehicle, and the work was immaculate - you would never guess there had been damage at all! Linda was particularly fantastic, totally understanding of our situation and took the time to explain our options and make sure we were taken care of.

This is the 2nd time I have had my car in with Boyd for repairs.... My first expérience was not great....Having said that....I Thought I would try them again...from the first phone call to bringing in my car for repairs...100% satisfied with the customer service I received. They went above and beyond....even fix my extension cord and waved my rental car charge...as well as cleaning my car inside and out! Everyone went the extra mile...and were all professional and very pleasing to deal with...Thank you all for your wonderful service! Bravo!!!!!

Shaun at the Lakewood location went above and beyond for service. Have been there a few times for getting vehicle fixed and have always been prompt and courteous! Service is beyond any other places I have been to. Plus warranty on work can't be beat. Would highly recommend using them.
