Finally found my guy, been looking for Miguel for years, he left my neighbourhood shop years ago, I honestly been looking for him for 3 years now. When you find a guy that truly respects your car and treats it like his own. You will use no one else. I had a crack in my brand New Yukon. Was sitting on it because I trusted no one to fix it. Once I found Miguel I booked a appointment and had it fixed in 3 days. That's With ordering in my factory replacement, after other shops told me it could not be done. Thanks Miguel and team. Discovered at 6:30 am that my car had been broken into and passenger window smashed. Phoned the Nairn location a little before eight and was directed to Marion due the specific nature of my problem coupled with the workload currently being experienced at this location. After explaining the situation with Cheryl H at Marion, I was slotted in for immediate service, advised on how to proceed with a police report, what information would be required by Boyd and by the authorities, and damage was thoroughly repaired before 11 am. My grateful thanks to Michael at Nairn for his advice, Cheryl for her diligence, and the entire team at Marion. You are all fantastic!

Customer service is second to none. From office staff to the collision department I was kept informed on a daily basis with the status of the repair. They worked with me at a very reasonable cost to repair some additional work that I requested. At the end of the day, the MPI repair actually came in less than the MPI quote! Way yo go, Boyd!

My truck window was smashed so some jerk could steal $2 from my truck. An awesome start to a Winnipeg vacation. The silver lining to this incident was that it happened the day before July 1 and I was able to get my truck into Boyd at 9 am and back at 12. The two girls that were working were very friendly and I got my truck back perfectly clean shape. There was smashed glass everywhere and they even got the glass out of th inside of the seat belt clicky thing. Great job. Thank you very much for not making a bad situation worse but instead giving me my truck back in better shape then it was. One suggestion. Have a person who can match up aftermarket tint.

Amy was wonderful with keeping me informed, and it was a true joy to get my car back with all the little details taken care of. Thank you Boyd for the extra touch of vaccuming my car and wiping down the interior. It was appreciated more than you know.

I want to compliment the team at 15 Marion. Cherryl the customer service rep was so pleasant when I brought my car in yesterday morning for a stone chip. A tech came out right away and they said to wait and they would repair it immediately. Very friendly and very nice people to deal with. Devan, the other customer service rep went to check on my vehicle a few times to ensure it would be done quickly. The tech - I can't remember his name! - was so nice he made we check his work to ensure I was happy. What a great team there and made my day ( after being upset from getting the stone chip on the weekend). I had to report their customer service as it was so good!

I had a windshield repair that needed to fit ARI's strict budget and they were able to accommodate me at the Marion location. I really want to commend Devon because I surprised her by showing up less than 10 minutes before closing to come collect my car. I wasn't expected until the following morning, so my car had already been parked inside a corner in the garage. She stayed late and moved vehicles to allow me to take my car home. I really appreciate her stepping up and beyond. Another happily satisfied customer!
