We recently had hail damage repaired at the Marion Street Location in Winnipeg. We were very pleased with most of the repairs but there were some issues when we got the car back. We spoke with Cherryl Hnatowich and made her aware of our concerns, she assured us that she would take care of the problem and get us another appt. she called us back the next day and she got the car in and we had the car back sooner then she had said we would get it with all of our issues taken care of.Great job of customer service on Cherryl's part. We would be more than happy to deal with Boyd Auto Body again if the need should arise and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Once again great job Cherryl.

Hi I was in at your location on Marion st and on the phone Cherryl also Milissa Naumic was so informative and a pleasure to work with. And as soon as I walked in the to the location I was greeted with warmth and kindness. I have a Saab and they do not make them anymore. So they inquired about the windshield and had me call autopen so it would be on record and unfortunately the one they has ordered was not a fit. So they went above and beyond calling around to other provinces and the states to find me a windshield. It will take a couple of weeks for it to come in and I left your store feeling wonderful. Then I went into my car and they had cleaned it for me.. How can it get any better that this? I was really impressed with the service at this location that certainly exceeded my expectations. I had to come first thing in the morning for them to take pictures of my car so they could order the parts and as I was on my way to work and running late, they allowed me to park it there for the day and pick it up on my way home. I was not expecting Boyd to clean my entire car for me either, they cleaned it inside and out, and I'm pretty sure they did a wax job as my car has never looked so shiny. The recepetionist also sent me pictures that were taken of my car so I can send in a claim for the damage with the city of Winnipeg, Over all a GREAT experience.

The Staff are excellent at this locaiton! They looked after me from start to finnish and did a wonderful job. I have gone to other Boyd locations in the past and they were fine, but this location is fabulous!! This location should be the model you base all Boyd Operations on.
