Just wanted to let you know what great service your shop in Dominion Centre provided over the last couple of days I know most people just mention it when they get bad service but your people took great care of me. There was a little problem with my car after they replaced a window and the power steering wasn’t working. As it turned out it was only a fuse that may or may not have blown because of the repair work but your staff went out of their way to fix it even towing the car to another shop where they were better equipped to deal with it at no extra charge I know the woman who helped me out today was Cheryl but also was well looked after by Melissa and Rhonda (I think) yesterday

They were great! When my 1970 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia got a crack in the windshield they were able to source a new windshield when I thought it was not even possible. The repair went very smooth and I got the car back the same day I dropped it off to have the windshield replaced. The technician who worked on my car did an excellent job. All of the front line staff were friendly and answered all my questions to the fullest. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Dear Manager, I just wanted to pass on a word of praise concerning one of your employees - I believe her name was Melissa (young with blonde hair). I was a customer at your location today for a simple service of filling a chipped windshield. I left my vehicle for the day, and when I was called to come pick up the vehicle around mid-afternoon, I was informed that the work could not be done for a certain reason. I did not accept the reason given, and had considered it to be a miscommunication. I made my dissatisfaction known, From that moment onward I was somewhat perturbed and was frankly an upset customer. However, upon my arrival, I was greeted by Melissa who had - since the phone call - taken it upon herself to re-examine my windshield, and have the technician stay late and perform the service I had requested. Quite frankly, her actions ... (as well at those of the technician) converted me from an upset customer to a satisfied customer. We want to let you know about the absolutely amazing service we received when getting our window repaired last December. The service provided by Jason D went far beyond what we would expect. - At 5 min to 6pm, after coming down to make arrangements for service on the broken window, our car wouldn't start. Jason provide assistance by listening to the problem and suggesting appropriate solutions, he investigated towing options for us, and most importantly, was patient and sympathetic. - After getting the electrical issue solved @ Ace Auto Electric, we brought our car back to get the window fixed. The next day we picked up a repaired and beautifully cleaned car! Jason went to the trouble of cleaning the exterior and interior of our car for us! A truly appreciated gesture as it was really messy! - Jason is an intelligent, helpful and ... courteous person, a pleasure to interact with and a real asset to your organization. Driving around with no window in minus 30 weather makes almost anyone grumpy, but Cherryl Hnatowich\'s cheery disposition and helpful suggestions made my visit to Boyd an excellent experience that I am happy to recommend to others. She immediately made me feel at ease by taking on my stressful situation with such professionalism and confidence. After accessing my situation she also related her problems with own window to show that I would be taken care of. If word of mouth is the best advertising then consider this company on having a lifetime of free airtime as I sold on being a customer and convincing others of doing the same! Thank you Cherryl! For me to be writing this should say a lot considering I work downtown full time, have a full time farm, and I have 3 children under the age of 7. I recently, had to visit Boyd Autobody and ... Glass on Marion. To my delight, my van and I were treated to wonderful customer service. I was shown by Jason Benias EXACTLY what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. My biggest thank you goes to Jason for cleaning the inside of my van. What a nice feeling it is to get your vehicle back looking nicer then it was. Every time I now get in it, I am reminded of the excellent customer service he provided for me! I would highly recommend Boyd for their personal touches! Thanks!
