I was really impressed with the service. The bodywork and paint was done So well. I couldnt even tell that it was worked on, my car looked Like brand new!! The two service women Yvonne and Stephanie were Very courteous with getting me a rental, and the manager Jason was always on the ball with getting the work finished quick with great quality Behind it!! Thanks again!!!

Greg Bodnarchuk was very helpful. In no time my minor bumper situation(missing clips from an altercation with a curb) was dealt with. I am very pleased with the service and the outcome. I will certainly consider this business should there be another "situation".

I went in the other day just to get an estimate on a broken side mirror and the estimator noticed I had a fairly noticeable dent on the side of my car. This dent which I have had for a good half year now and thought would cost me a fortune. He told me he could maybe save me a few hundred dollars and went back to get the suction. What do you know, he suctioned it twice and there is barely a dent anymore. I was so happy he was willing to do it for free and kept thanking him. Thanks Scurfield Boyd!

Good afternoon: I had to email to say a HUGE thank you to the team at Boyd Autobody on King Edward St. in Winnipeg. After a sleepless night and lots of nerves I had taken my son for his Driver’s License road test directly across the street from Boyd’s. We had the very first appointment at 7:45am. I wondered why my son and examiner were coming back in to get me - and then I was sadly informed my brake lights were not coming on. (To be honest - I am in the first few months of a divorce and I had no idea what to even do about the lights as my husband had dealt with the cars.) One of the MPI inspectors suggested I drive across to Boyd’s and ask if they had any idea if it was just bulbs or wiring? My poor son was devastated to lose his Test time as we had booked it 8 weeks previous. We drove to Boyd’s and I believe we talked to the Manager (as ... he had the main office). He immediately instilled some calm by saying he’d take a look - and sure enough it was a brake switch. I called my dealership and they could not/would not install the switch without an appointment and a full checkup - but Boyd’s said if I could get the switch - they would install it for me today. So after a very stressful morning of feeling like I had really let my son down, it ended with the great guys at Boyd’s not only saving the day - but would not accept payment for the work. They wished my son good luck, which was really incredible for people who don’t even know us. I can’t thank you enough for being so caring and realizing the need right at the right time. We had to re-book the driving test for Friday - so here’s hoping he makes it. You have just landed a couple new customers, and we will be telling everyone I know about this random act of kindness! i stopped in to Boyd after receiving good service in the past to see if they could help me remove a grease stain my shower door made on my interior roof. Within 5 minutes they fixed the problem for no charge. Once again, great customer service! Thanks.

On Friday,June 15,2012 I was going out to the lake with my labrador retriever, Cooper. It was a very warm and humid day and everything was going just fine. I stopped at the Domo gas bar across the parking lot from your shop on Henderson to fill up. When I came out after paying, my key would not turn in my ignition. I tried several things to no avail so I went to your shop(I had had some body work done there before) and asked if maybe they could help me. Bob Huff, the manager, sent out one of his staff to see if he could help. No such luck and over the course of the time he was trying different things, other staff members including Bob came out to see if they could help. Now its almost time for the shop to close and everyone was anxious to start their weekend but they kept trying different things. It was decided that they would push my van ... into their shop for the weekend and see what they could do on Monday. This way my vehicle was safe and in very good hands. The fellows had to take the gears apart so they could put it into neutral in order to push the van. On Monday, I called Bob and he said the only thing that could be done was to replace the lock so I agreed and asked him if he could look after it. He told me not to worry and he would call back with an estimate which he did within a few minutes. I gave him the go ahead and on Tuesday morning Bob phoned me and told me the van was ready to go and not only that, the price was less than I expected. :D Anyway, to make a long story short(too late now ;) ) I just wanted everyone to know how much I appreciated what Bob and his staff did for me. They went above and beyond to help me out and they should be recognized for everything they did. What a great group of guys you have working there!. I have been telling everyone about it but I wanted the Boyd Group to know just how wonderful their staff is at the Henderson Highway shop. Thanks again fellows. Dorothy read more

Dear Manager, I just wanted to pass on a word of praise concerning one of your employees - I believe her name was Melissa (young with blonde hair). I was a customer at your location today for a simple service of filling a chipped windshield. I left my vehicle for the day, and when I was called to come pick up the vehicle around mid-afternoon, I was informed that the work could not be done for a certain reason. I did not accept the reason given, and had considered it to be a miscommunication. I made my dissatisfaction known, From that moment onward I was somewhat perturbed and was frankly an upset customer. However, upon my arrival, I was greeted by Melissa who had - since the phone call - taken it upon herself to re-examine my windshield, and have the technician stay late and perform the service I had requested. Quite frankly, her actions ... (as well at those of the technician) converted me from an upset customer to a satisfied customer. "Katherine, A friend of mine (Derek Tallon) passed on a WOW by your team that I wanted to share with you.... Derek's daughter, Cali (sp?) recently had her car vandalized (spray painted). She went to MPI who gave her a claim...but told her that a bodyshop may be able to take the spray paint off at a lower cost that her deductible. She went to Boyd Dudley and met our painter who was outside on break. After she told him (and showed him) her problem, he went inside...got some solvent...and in a few minutes was able to remove all the spray paint. She thanked him and asked "how much"...to which he replied "no charge....just tell all your friends and family to bring their damaged cars to Boyd". Katherine....this is a great example of our our Team living our Mission and our Goal...so Congrats to you for leading your Team ... to live our Mission and Goal...and please also pass on a Congrats and Thanks to the painter who delivered this WOW!! I was very impressed and happy with the service received right from the moment I stepped into the centre. I very much appreciated the use of the courtesy car while mine was being repaired. I was also extremely impressed with the calls from David updating me on the status of the repairs to my vehicle and was so pleased when I picked it up yesterday to find it in immaculate condition inside and out. This is my second time using this Boyd Autobody centre and on both occasions I was very pleased with the work and service provided. Thank you to all.
