I brought my CRV in because I had a rust spot on the back hatch. They were able to remove it, repaint the spot and coat it for me. I work less than 5 minutes away so Greg drove me to work and returned my vehicle to me shortly after noon. It was very convenient and the service was very professional and friendly.

Good morning Kevin, About two weeks ago my father-in-law (Mel Taylor) took his VW to your new Regent Ave store (the old JB Transmission location) to have his windshield replaced. He was very, very impressed with the outcome. Not only was his windshield visually clear (smiles) but so was his car. It had been detailed inside and out, and his motor had been washed. I write this email to tell you in hopes that he will quit praising the staff at this Boyd location and get on with life. He even told his coffee buddies about your store and staff. Bill

The people were very friendly and the service was excellent. Greg fixed the loose seal around the front windshield at no charge and it took less than 15 minutes.

We have been to body a couple of times to get work done and were very happy with the service. We just got a newer car yesterday and when we parked it last nite it got a scratch down the side. The staff took us in right away and fixed it and even put on our new plates. Very friendly and helpful.

I had heard wonderful things about Boyd Autobody & Glass on King Edward, so when it came time to get my car fixed, Boyd was my first phone call. I was very impressed with Katelyn, the Customer Service Representative I first had contact with. She was polite and was able to answer all of the questions I had. When I dropped my car off, I was given a courtesy car, so I was able to have a vehicle while my car was being fixed. In addition, I had the pleasure of dealing with Einar, who was incredibly kind to me and offered exceptional customer service. I picked up my car today and could not be happier. Jason did a wonderful job and my car looks brand new. So, if you are looking for a place to take your car, receive wonderful customer service, and be happy with the job....Boyd is the place to take your car. Many companies now a days speak ... about the outstanding customer service they offer, however it is few and far between when you find a company that not only advertises customer service, but DELIVERS!
