The people were very friendly and the service was excellent. Greg fixed the loose seal around the front windshield at no charge and it took less than 15 minutes.

We have been to body a couple of times to get work done and were very happy with the service. We just got a newer car yesterday and when we parked it last nite it got a scratch down the side. The staff took us in right away and fixed it and even put on our new plates. Very friendly and helpful.

I had heard wonderful things about Boyd Autobody & Glass on King Edward, so when it came time to get my car fixed, Boyd was my first phone call. I was very impressed with Katelyn, the Customer Service Representative I first had contact with. She was polite and was able to answer all of the questions I had. When I dropped my car off, I was given a courtesy car, so I was able to have a vehicle while my car was being fixed. In addition, I had the pleasure of dealing with Einar, who was incredibly kind to me and offered exceptional customer service. I picked up my car today and could not be happier. Jason did a wonderful job and my car looks brand new. So, if you are looking for a place to take your car, receive wonderful customer service, and be happy with the job....Boyd is the place to take your car. Many companies now a days speak ... about the outstanding customer service they offer, however it is few and far between when you find a company that not only advertises customer service, but DELIVERS! I went to Boyd Autobody and Glass with hopes that they could help me polish a scratch on my car. I am not very well informed about cars and had never gotten into a minor accident like this before. The staff at Boyd were very helpful and knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes of me dropping of my vehicle they had polished the scratch and fixed it to the best of their ability without involving a paint job. In addition to their fast and helpful service, they also did it for me free of charge! I would recommend Greg Bodnarchuk and this loacation of Boyd Autobody and Glass to friends and family in the future! Thanks very much for your help!

The service received at Boyd was excellent. From the receptionist who took our initial inquiries and set us up with a time to bring in our vehicle to the pickup of the repaired vehicle, Boyd provided excellent service. The bumper, which needed replacing, was repaired quickly and well. Additionally, Rob, the individual who greeted us upon picking up the car, helped us take out an additional dent with a suction device. He did so with no extra cost and was friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Boyd in the future. I also would like to thank Rob for going above and beyond to serve us. Thank you

I did not have a repair done at the store. I needed some clips for the windshield reveal on a 1968 Oldsmobile 442 that I restoring. The windshield was installed at the auto body shop that painted the car for me a few years ago. When I tried to install the trim pieces I found that the wrong clips were installed and they would not hold it in place. When I asked the staff member if he could possibly help me with my problem, he called his supplier and was able to get me the clips that would work. I feel that he went well beyond any expectation I may have had and I am eternally grateful for what he did. I will certainly recomend this shop to anyone that might deed their type of service.
