MB - 120 King Edward St E, Winnipeg - 3/14/12

Went into Boyd because the truck cap that i have on my F-150 has to be unbolted and moved back to allow me to change the rear signal lights. The company that put the cap on the truck no longer sells truck caps and refused to to drill large enough access holes in the cap frame to allow me to unscrew the the cover plate for the signal lights. Anier Kamfoly (Operations Manager) looked at what was required and scheduled me to to come in over lunch time and had a service tech fix the holes for me. Not only did he redrill the holes, but also changed the light bulb. When he was finished, i asked him how much and he refused to charge me, even after i asked if he was sure. Not only did Boyd do the work in a very short period of time, but the service was fantastic. I've always liked Boyd, but this raises the bar on quality and service. I have only good thing to say about Boyd. I brought my car in, they looked over the damages and found quite a few more than what was first found, and did what was necessary to get them fixed. They phoned me twice a week and updated me on anything new and how far along they were with repairs, I really appreciated it. I am more than pleased with the workmanship and the final repairs done to my car! Thanks a bunch!

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received at Boyd's. I went in for a stone chip repair and I was looked after immediately. I was later surprised to find my immaculately cleaned vehicle ready for pickup in the parking lot. They told me they don't usually clean vehicles for a stone chip repair but they had time so they did it. I was quite impressed with this. Many may have opted for a longer coffee break but instead they put customer service at the forefront. Thank you!

I was quite happy with the whole experience. From dropping off the vehicle to picking it up again. I was called a few times with updates on how the repair was going so I was always in the loop. The repair itself looks great. The technicians also noticed a few other small things wrong with the vehicle and took the time to see if they could correct the problem for me. Good Work and Thanks!

The 84 Scurfield Blvd Boyd just installed a new windshield and replaced the bumper in my 2003 Honda Accord and did a fantastic job. The staff were excellent to deal with, I was quickly set up with a rental car, and the job was done very well and in a timely manner. On top of that, I could not believe picking up a perfectly cleaned car (I dropped it off extremely dirty, sorry about that) and the staff were even kind enough to fix my license plate which had a stripped screw and was only being held on by one screw (not required as part of the job or expected). Thanks for the excellent service.

Excellent service! Car was completed well ahead of schedule. I was updated on the progress. Courtesy car was ready and waiting when my car was delivered for its appointment. The staff were always extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They did not hesitate to answer any of my many questions. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair!

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service i recieved from your 730 Nairn location. I dropped my 1999 grand am off there to have the driver side window replaced. It had broken the plastic pieces of the window and wouldnt go up or down. I talked to a woman named Kendra who was very nice and extremely helpful and friendly. She quoted me a price, went above and beyond trying to find the parts I needed and had my vehicle fixed by the end the day for me to make it home for the weekend.(I live an hour outside of Winnipeg) When i arrived to pick up my vehicle, at the time she said it would be ready, it was washed, vaccuumed and waiting outside for me with the motor running and inside nice and warm. When I went to pay, the price was under what she had originally quoted. I am very happy to have dealt with Kendra and will ... definitely be bringing my car back to Boyd. Thanks again. read more

We want to let you know about the absolutely amazing service we received when getting our window repaired last December. The service provided by Jason D went far beyond what we would expect. - At 5 min to 6pm, after coming down to make arrangements for service on the broken window, our car wouldn't start. Jason provide assistance by listening to the problem and suggesting appropriate solutions, he investigated towing options for us, and most importantly, was patient and sympathetic. - After getting the electrical issue solved @ Ace Auto Electric, we brought our car back to get the window fixed. The next day we picked up a repaired and beautifully cleaned car! Jason went to the trouble of cleaning the exterior and interior of our car for us! A truly appreciated gesture as it was really messy! - Jason is an intelligent, helpful and ... courteous person, a pleasure to interact with and a real asset to your organization.
