Actually, a restoration involving bodywork, paint and glass. '89 BMW 325i in generally good condition, but some serious rust in wheelwells and engine compartment. Greg & crew did a FANTASTIC job ... the car looks like new, with an exact matching of original paint. Have already gotten a few 'ooh's and aaah's' from other drivers. This job was not cheap, but you get what you pay for, on budget and on time. I went back to have a new trunk emblem installed (the finishing touch) and they were happy to do that and go over the work they did ... my brother arranged for the work while I was overseas and he reports that he was kept appraised of the work as it progressed. I could not be more pleased with the result. I hope to be driving this car for the next 25 years, so Thank you to the team on Scurfield.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was given updates by telephone as progress was made on my vehicle, it was ready when they estimated it would be ready, and they were generous enough to buff out some additional marks on the same panels prior to painting to ensure a quality repair. I will use this same Boyd location again in the future, and recommend to others.

"Just a quick note to express my gratitude for the services rendered at your Scurfield location. After, several attempts, and a purchase or two, of adhesives that "should" work to fix a dangling rear-view mirror, I decided to drop-in at your location. I was greeted politely by a nice young lady who asked me to have a seat and wait for one of your staff who was with a customer. Your staff member, a gentleman, then had to accompany the customer outside. Upon returning to the office, he jokingly asked who had the vehicle with the dangling rear-view mirror. He knew it was me since I was the only other person in the office waiting for assistance. He then requested my car keys. I was interested in knowing the cost before handing over the keys. I just wanted to take the opportunity to commend the staff at the 730 Nairn location in Wpg. They performed my needed glass repairs (both front and rear windshields) quickly and expertly, put in additional effort to provide a courtesy car per our LOU coverage and displayed unparalleled professionalism throughout. Imagine my surprise when, in addition to this, I found my vehicle completely vaccuumed and freshly washed. I had not expected this and it was a welcome surprise. Based on this initial experience I will not hesitate to return in future, should I require autobody or glass repair services. Keep up the good work, and props to Kendra and the rest of the 730 Nairn staff

Greg Bodnarchuk provided exceptional service. I needed a little bit of glue to hold my rubber molding above my windshield. He took care of my problem in a courteous speedy manner. If I ever need a body shop, I will return to Greg. Thanks for the awesome service!

This all happened apparently before I mentioned to you that Caelin's car was in the Nairn shop. Once again, your staff delivered a completely satisfied and delighted customer. The attitude and culture you have developed in the stores continues to draw great compliments. My family thanks Ryan, Kendra and the staff at Boyd Nairn.
