Staff was very courteous and helpful to my requests. The repair work was done to my utmost satisfaction (quite severe hail damage-not a single panel went unscathed. My friends have been very impressed with the work done, as it required a full paint job, and I have received numerous compliments on the work that was done!!

She arranged the rental car for us, She and David called us with progress reports throughout the week, and when we picked up our car, it was spotless inside and out!! "I am writing to you to commend an ultra-exceptional employee at your Nairn Ave, Winnipeg location. Kendra Matheson is truly an all-star and deserves special recognition for the high level of customer service she consistently exhibits. On August 3, near the end of my work day, I left the office to take out recycling materials and found that my vehicle driver side window and my colleague's front passenger side window had been smashed, and our vehicles had been ransacked. I have worked at this location for over 6 years and was parked right in front of our main doors! This is a costly and upsetting experience for any person, and when you call the local police in Winnipeg, they are so overwhelmed with these type of reports that they are quite cynical and only grudgingly "helpful". I called Boyd on Nairn when no one answered at ... my car dealership (also located in the Nairn area, and supposedly "open"). Kendra answered the call (lucky me!) and was so compassionate and helpful - in spite of having many glass claimes on the go, within minutes she was able to verify that my type of window was available and was able to schedule in my repairs - my car was fixed the next day, and I had the use of a courtesy car to get me to work that day! On the day of my initial call, Kendra even offered to stay a bit late so someone could tape up my window for me - I did not take her up on that, but really appreciated the kind and sincere offer! Having worked as a staffing recruiting for one of the world's largest staffing companies, I am trained to recognize precious talent and ability - Kendra has that magic mix of good judgement, intelligence, integrity, kindness and caring that are truly rare today. Hang on to her and be good to her - she is PURE GOLD! "I wish i could write down an essay about" KENDRA MATHESON", Customer service starts from this girl and finishes with this girl. The way she treated me and explained examples for your all employees. If you were to promote this girl as a CEO i am sure you guys would get more business! Her personality was very impressive, every thing is marvelous. My car was quickly fixed within a day, and I was given a convince car well it was in the shop. The work was very well done, and all staff was very friendly. Matt Walls was very helpful and kind. Also young blonde lady with braces was very friendly and helpful. Overall am I very pleased with the service I received.

I had smacked the drivers side mirror off and so took my car to the Boyd on Nairn. Within minutes they had it repaired. The girl at the front desk was knowledgeable and extremely friendly and professional. It was fast and cheap (free). This location has outstanding customer service and it is nice to know there is still an Autobody shop out there that is honest. I really appreciate it. We just moved into the area and will return for any further car body repairs. Friends and family will too! Thank you!

Actually, a restoration involving bodywork, paint and glass. '89 BMW 325i in generally good condition, but some serious rust in wheelwells and engine compartment. Greg & crew did a FANTASTIC job ... the car looks like new, with an exact matching of original paint. Have already gotten a few 'ooh's and aaah's' from other drivers. This job was not cheap, but you get what you pay for, on budget and on time. I went back to have a new trunk emblem installed (the finishing touch) and they were happy to do that and go over the work they did ... my brother arranged for the work while I was overseas and he reports that he was kept appraised of the work as it progressed. I could not be more pleased with the result. I hope to be driving this car for the next 25 years, so Thank you to the team on Scurfield.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was given updates by telephone as progress was made on my vehicle, it was ready when they estimated it would be ready, and they were generous enough to buff out some additional marks on the same panels prior to painting to ensure a quality repair. I will use this same Boyd location again in the future, and recommend to others.

"Just a quick note to express my gratitude for the services rendered at your Scurfield location. After, several attempts, and a purchase or two, of adhesives that "should" work to fix a dangling rear-view mirror, I decided to drop-in at your location. I was greeted politely by a nice young lady who asked me to have a seat and wait for one of your staff who was with a customer. Your staff member, a gentleman, then had to accompany the customer outside. Upon returning to the office, he jokingly asked who had the vehicle with the dangling rear-view mirror. He knew it was me since I was the only other person in the office waiting for assistance. He then requested my car keys. I was interested in knowing the cost before handing over the keys. The fella then said we'll talk once the work was done. He may have noticed the concern ... on my face with this proposal. He then indicated there will be no charge. And there wasn't. My sincere thanks to the fella who helped me. He seemed like the person that customers, and potential customers, such as myself, would want to deal with if/when they had autobody related problems.
