MB - 730 Nairn Ave, Winnipeg - 7/13/11

I just wanted to take the opportunity to commend the staff at the 730 Nairn location in Wpg. They performed my needed glass repairs (both front and rear windshields) quickly and expertly, put in additional effort to provide a courtesy car per our LOU coverage and displayed unparalleled professionalism throughout. Imagine my surprise when, in addition to this, I found my vehicle completely vaccuumed and freshly washed. I had not expected this and it was a welcome surprise. Based on this initial experience I will not hesitate to return in future, should I require autobody or glass repair services. Keep up the good work, and props to Kendra and the rest of the 730 Nairn staff

Greg Bodnarchuk provided exceptional service. I needed a little bit of glue to hold my rubber molding above my windshield. He took care of my problem in a courteous speedy manner. If I ever need a body shop, I will return to Greg. Thanks for the awesome service!

Ollie told me she was dealing with a gal named Kendra who could not have been more helpful or professional throughout the repair period. This all happened apparently before I mentioned to you that Caelin's car was in the Nairn shop. Once again, your staff delivered a completely satisfied and delighted customer. The attitude and culture you have developed in the stores continues to draw great compliments. My family thanks Ryan, Kendra and the staff at Boyd Nairn.

This was the second time we\'ve had work done on two separate vehicles at the Pembina Highway branch within the past 6 months. And both times we picked up our vehicles, I can honestly say my wife and I drove away with huge smiles on our faces! The work performed was flawless and the service unapproachable. I want to especially thank Bob and Selena. They provided my wife and I with superior customer service that was clearly above and beyond that offered by any of your competitors I’ve dealt with in the past. Right from the start, it was clear by their actions they value their clients and not once while dealing with them did I feel like just another customer. It was clear throughout our interaction that their recommendations for service were made with the best interests of me, the customer, in mind. I would like to add that unfortunately I ... forgot to get the names of the representatives that helped us on our first visit over the Winter, and I apologize because they also deserve a big thank you for providing the same type of stellar service. It’s stressful enough when you have to take your vehicle in for any type of work, but from the start it was clearly a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Pembina Hwy office. I am the owner of the Ford Flex from yesterday (windshield replacement) -- just wanted to say a formal thank you to you and your staff. As I said in your offices, I appreciate you were open early, I appreciate you were able to get the work done in one day (ready for pickup at the end of my work day) and I REALLY appreciate those that took the time to clean my car. I had just said to my teens that we had to do a spring clean of the car and picking up a fixed and cleaned car is an awesome experience. Please pass on my appreciation ... have a lovely day.

I recently had a hit and run claim adjusted in Winnipeg. During the assessment they determined the rear wheel well was not part of the same occurrence and suggested I make a claim under my recently deceased husband\'s license. They did approve the front and rear doors. I was recently widowed and found the whole conversation very upsetting, although I knew the adjuster was trying to help. When I took my car to be repaired, I asked if the scrap over the wheel well could be buffed a bit or just painted where scuffed. I told the manager my story and he was appauled someone would speak to me like that and said he would try speaking with them. When I picked up my car - all the damage was repaired. I was shocked and more than pleased. He took the initiative on his own to get the work done. I have had many claims repaired there. I have always ... found the service timely, courteous and of good quality. This time, they went really over and above what I would expect. Although I live in Winnipeg and have a Body shop two blocks away, I\'m glad I chose to stay with the Selkirk branch where I have had several repairs done. The staff deserve koodos for being so compassionate to a woman who is still struggling with the lose of her husband. Thank you so much. I had been to this Boyd location before and came back as a satisfied customer. I was not disappointed. I forgot that my car would get cleaned even if it was only my bumper which was replaced - nice surprise! I had also left a note on the envelope in which I left my keys in the drop-box that I would like the bolts that were on my old bumper put on the new bumper along with the usual clips since they held better. This was done, no problem.
