I had a nice young man fix some stone chips on my windshield! He even took my shopping cart back to the Walmart parking lot for me! His name is Tristun H!

I recieved excellent customer service at this location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They offered me a free courtesy car which I always had to go to a rental place in the past. They also picked me up from my home when I needed them to and the job was done the same day. They cleaned up my car and I left happy. I would return to this location should I need to in the future.

I was very pleased with Boyd Autobody's service! The free courtesy car was very clean, and drove beautifully. I also received multiple updates on how the repairs were going and they finished in a very reasonable time frame.

I"ve been to Boyd twice now for an accident and for a new windshield. My experience both times were extremely satisfactory. My last incident I went to Sooke Rd I was served by Jamie again. He again was extremely helpful, fast and friendly. Helping me was also Wendy, who was extremely helpful when it came to figuring out my insurance part of my accident. Thank you Jamie and Wendy!

I brought my vehicle in because the rear wheel fender was coming off. I didn't realize that I had arrived after the shop was closed but the door was open & I talked to Joseph who was kind enough to come out & look at my car & tell me what needed to be done. I took my car in for the scheduled appointment which I must say was arranged according to my schedule. The repair didn't take too long & looked great. Joseph was very wonderful to deal with & was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the good service that I received.
