I have been doing customer service evaluations ( secret shopping ) for several large companies in the Victoria and surrounding area for about 12 years, so I have become very observant when dealing with retail sales and service providers in the fast food and auto service industries. This particular shopping experience was excellent. This rating was partly established from observing the appearance, dress, attitude, professionalism, and friendliness of the individuals that I dealt with; Wendy and Chris. As well, I noted shop appearance, cleanliness, neatness, and timeliness. The actual job was discussed in advance with me, and the eventual examination of the finished product was explained in detail. I had my 2015 Mazda 3 repaired at Boyd in Richmond recently. The experience I had with Samantha, Joseph, and Paolo was fantastic. They were professional and friendly from the beginning, and prompt to keep me updated with the status of the repair. The worksmanship was spectacular. A day after I had gotten my car back, I noticed a small paint chip on my door which may or may not have had happened in the shop. I brought the car back the day after to have it looked at because the spot had started to oxidize. Boyd touched it up with no charge. Thank you guys for your wonderful service!

I found it very easy to get information on what I needed to do to get my car repaired. I requested a courtesy car which allowed my driving needs to still be addressed. The courtesy car was ready and waiting the morning I dropped it off (a Friday). All work was done by the following Tuesday and everything looks great. Added bonus to have my car cleaned inside also. A HUGE thank you to Anier (operations manager) and Leslie (I'm sorry I don't know your title but you were the person that greeted me at the front and helped me out with my situation). I called Boyd that day to please repair my driver's side door that would not open! It was a terrible, rainy cold day and needless to say it was a huge pain to get in and out of a minivan on the passenger side. Leslie and Anier were very compassionate and helpful and fixed the problem and had me on my way within 45 minutes!! Extraordinary! Thanks again!!
