Exceptional service... made my insurance claim for me,had a courtesy car waiting. Then when I picked it up. Not only did they wash my vechicle. But cleaned the inside...which is a 7 seater big suv. Although I had to wait for a while for the needed repair to begin, I found the service provided by both Amrit and CC very professional and welcoming. Took a while for the job to be completed, but they were right on the spot when the car to be ready. Washed/ clean, looked almost brand-new! Thank you.

It's my pleasure to share 10/10 experience with Boyd at Watson st. Near Garden city.. I was definitely stressed when someone rear ended my vehicle on crazy winter evening.. I was frustrated but Adam & his team Boyd took all the stress away from my shoulder.. They managed every single bit of the process since I dropped the vehicle .. to get rental vehicle and weekly updates with the progress .. I have dealt with Boyd Autobody in a recent accident with my wife's car. We dealt with serviceman Milan N. , he was a great guy to work with. He help us navigate our claim with the insurance company which we greatly appreciate. He was very professional, forth right and very personable in letting us know the process and kept us informed and updated us regularly. The car was fix and the quality of the work was like new which we greatly appreciate. I usually don't write reviews, but I definitely have to write a review after the wonderful and topnotch experience of having to take my car in for repair after being involved in a MVA. This was my first time ever dealing with Boyd. I am very pleased and satisfied with the workmanship they have done and the quality of service provided by Amrit (Manao) and Chaitali (reception) When I called Boyd, I am not sure if they can booked me in right away for an assessment/estimate as I know autobody shops are always busy, as well as it is nearing the busy holiday season. I talked to Chaitali and after telling her I have such an erratic work schedule and gave her specific days I can only bring in the car, she said that she'll check their schedules and will have to call me back. After 15-20 minutes she called me back and promptly booked me in the same ... day. Chaitali was friendly, courteous, and professional on the phone, as well as in person from when I brought the car in and until I picked it up. Amrit was as well courteous , professional and very pleasant to deal with. He clearly communicated a date for the repair, dealt with ICBC and explained everything that is needed to be done with my car. My car had a significant body damage to the front. The work they did was fantastic; paint perfectly matched and seamless, new parts and body panels perfectly fitted. Boyd handled all my paper work, arranged a rental car from enterprise. Everything that I requested for a MUST have in the rental car was accommodated. (Hats off to you guys!). 1 week later my car was ready. I was totally satisfied after reviewing the workmanship. One nice touch was how well they cleaned and vacuumed the interior of my car. You made a stressful process seamless and positive. From the customer service at the beginning, all the way to picking up my car!
